Shipping Policies

All packages will be shipped UPS to a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, we will promptly notify the customer to obtain correct information and the customer will be billed charges for re-shipping the package. Please double check to assure your shipping address is complete before ordering.

If you receive a damaged product please contact us as soon as possible so we can make this right. Also, please save all boxes and packaging material and maintain your product in its original form if possible.

The following charges for shipping, handling and insurance are added to each order.

Delivery Areas

Sugargrove Hams ships UPS Ground to the continental United States. You may request Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Three Day Select to guarantee arrival dates. These shipping methods will incur an additional charge. Call for Details at (828) 632-2034 or Toll Free: (800) 627-4715.

When will your package ship? We ship every Monday-Friday. This allows packages to be on the move everyday in transit.

You may enter special delivery instructions on the special instructions line at the check-out portion of the order. These instructions could include the date you would like for the package to be delivered; which door to leave a package, should you be away from home when the package is delivered; or to leave the package only if someone is at home. You may also include special messages for gifts such as Happy Birthday or Merry Christmas. on this line.

If you would like to ship the package to a different address other than your own, enter that address in the Ship-to section of the order form. If you would like to send packages to several different people, place an order for each address you would like to ship-to.
