SHIPPING INFORMATION
Policies
All packages will be shipped UPS to a physical address.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, we will promptly notify the customer to obtain correct information, and the customer will be billed charges for re-shipping the package.
Please double check to assure your shipping address is complete before ordering.
If you receive a damaged product please contact us as soon as possible so we can make this right. Also, please save all boxes and packaging material and maintain your product in its original form if possible.
Delivery
Shipping charges are based on weight and location.
Sugargrove Hams ships UPS Ground to the continental United States. We ship every Monday-Friday. This allows packages to be on the move every day in transit.
If you would like to ship the package to a different address other than your own, enter that address in the Ship-to section of the order form. If you would like to send packages to several different people, place an order for each address you would like to ship-to.
